DogPoint Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-08-06

1. Overview

DogPoint uses UNCEN.AI's AI-assisted creative platform to generate and manage images, audio, video, text, interactive media, and related assets. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

We collect account and sign-in information such as a provider identifier and, when the provider supplies them, your name and email address. We also store authentication-session details such as platform, app version, device name when available, timestamps, and security metadata.

We collect the content needed to provide the creation you request: prompts, form settings, files you deliberately select, generated images, audio and video, project status, credit usage, and related metadata. We also may collect technical records such as IP address, request timestamps, errors, and security or abuse-prevention logs. DogPoint does not request contacts, location, camera, or microphone access in the mobile 1.0 release.

3. Sign-In And Connected Services

The Android app uses Google sign-in. The iPhone app can use Sign in with Apple. We receive the provider token and the account identifier, name, email address, and profile details the provider authorizes. We use that information to create or access your account, secure sessions, and prevent duplicate accounts. DogPoint 1.0 does not expose YouTube publishing or social-account connection features.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate you; run the creation you request; keep projects private and tied to your account; show progress, playback, and credit balance; provide support; secure and debug the service; prevent abuse; enforce our terms; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use DogPoint data for third-party behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking.

5. Public Content

DogPoint creations are private by default and are not automatically published to a community gallery. If a future version offers an explicit public-publishing action, the app will identify it before your content is made public.

6. AI Processing And Service Providers

To produce a requested creation, we may send the relevant prompt, selected input, intermediate asset, output, and job metadata to model providers, cloud infrastructure, storage and delivery providers, moderation or abuse-prevention services, and support providers. They process data to provide those services under their own terms and our applicable agreements. DogPoint 1.0 contains no advertising SDK.

7. Cookies And Analytics

The native app stores sign-in credentials in system-protected storage. Our website may use cookies, local storage, and similar technology for sign-in, preferences, security, and basic operation. We may measure product use and errors to operate and improve DogPoint, but the 1.0 app does not use data for cross-app tracking or behavioral advertising.

8. Billing

The free mobile 1.0 release has no native purchase flow, paywall, or external-purchase call to action. If the same account has billing activity from another UNCEN.AI service, payment providers process the payment and we may retain limited billing identifiers, plan or subscription status, invoice status, and transaction records. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our servers.

9. How We Share Information

We share information with the service providers needed to authenticate users, run generations, store and deliver private projects, secure the service, and provide support. We may also disclose information when legally required, during a business transaction, or to protect users, the service, or the public. We do not sell DogPoint personal information or share it for third-party behavioral advertising. Projects are not shared publicly unless a future release adds a separate, explicit publishing action.

10. Data Retention

We retain account and project information while needed to provide DogPoint and for security, dispute resolution, enforcement, and legal obligations. Using Delete Account immediately disables sign-in, revokes mobile sessions, removes linked sign-in and publishing-account records, pauses scheduled automations, and anonymizes the core account record.

Project records, prompts, uploads, generated media, security logs, backups, and legally required financial records may persist after account access is disabled. You may contact support@uncen.ai to request deletion of associated content. We may retain limited records where law, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or a legal hold requires it. The exact automated media, log, and backup deletion schedule will be published before the mobile app is submitted for public release.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

12. Your Choices

You can sign out or start account deletion from Profile in the app. The public deletion resource is available at DogPoint account deletion. You may also contact support@uncen.ai to request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion where applicable. Additional rights depend on your location.

13. Children

DogPoint is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

14. International Users

UNCEN.AI may process and store information in the United States and other countries. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to places with privacy laws different from those where you live.

15. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the service after an updated policy takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
